Ben Hogan - The Lower Body in the Golf Swing

Ben Hogan demonstrates above how the lower body starts the transition and downswing into the ball.  A graceful and powerful swing to be emulated.

Ever wonder why golf professionals continue to hit the golf ball farther and score better?  Yet the average amateur handicap hasn't dropped in the past fifty years?  Here is why.......

88% of amateur golfers have not taken a lesson in the past 12 months

In a study done by Golf Magazine in 2007, 318 golf students lowered their handicap by an average of 4.5 strokes in one year through lessons by a qualified golf teaching professional.

12.8 was the average established handicap of the students on Sep 1, 2007.

8.3 was the average established handicap of the same golfing students on Sep 1, 2008.

35% was the average decrease in the students handicaps over one year.

The moral of this story.......

TAKE A GOLF LESSON AND IMPROVE YOUR GOLF GAME.

HITTING GOLF BALLS ON A DRIVING RANGE WITH BAD SWING HABITS JUST GROOVES BAD SWING HABITS.
